Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. We were there for our 30 year anniversary. The service was outstanding. Demetrius was very professional along with the rest of the staff. The chopped salad was very good and refreshing, the wagyu sliders were just OK yet distinct in flavor, the bison ribeye was also unique in flavor and again OK, the filet mignon was very good, the creamy gold potatoes felt as a good as out of a box. The whole experience, because of Demetrius and the staff along with the environment was positive.

Lamb chops perfectly cooked (6 of them) crab * corn soup delishes as always. Just needs again some more crab meat. Used to be more generous. Crem brulee was served at room temp. Glad it wasn't cold. Overall very nice dinner.
