Immerse Winery is a place where lovers of good wine and food can discover and indulge themselves in the Yarra Valley. With lofty ceilings, exposed stonework and warm timbers, the restaurant exudes the rustic country feel of the Yarra Valley, surrounded by the vineyard and beautiful grounds. Dishes incorporate the region's fine locally grown produce with complimenting wines. It is the perfect opportunity to kick back on the weekends and enjoy an A La Carte lunch service or a cozy Cellar Door Wine Tasting.

It’s our mission to make wines that display elegance, purity & layers of complexity, each evoking the season & site from which they’re grown.Our Cellar Door is located just behind the township of Yarra Glen, tucked away with panoramic views of the vineyard and a relaxing vibe. We are open Thursday to Monday, 10am-5pm and offer free live music in the warmer months every Sunday 1-4pm. We do not have a restaurant but serve cheese platters and antipasto platters until 3:30pm

Our award winning single vineyard wines are curated from our 20 year old vineyard. Varietals include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. All wines are grown, made and bottled onsite. Our wines are bold and distinctive. They are gutsy, authentic expressions of their terroir. Tokar Estate wines are well structured but retain the elegance the Yarra Valley is renowned for. They are nurtured from vineyard to bottle by winemaker Martin Siebert and the Tokar family.The vineyard is hand tendered by our small team using a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. Since 2012 we have reduced cropping levels to ensure exceptional fruit is produced, and we have implemented more sustainable vineyard practices, such as minimising herbicide use in order to encourage soil microfauna and native grasses that harbour beneficial insects.Stop by for a tasting of our wines and enjoy a glass or two out on our beautiful lawn overlooking the vineyard.

The Tregambe family have been making wine for generations in Italy and it is their age-old wine making techniques that head winemaker John Tregambe employs at Nillumbik Estate. Throughout the year, John readily delights visitors with barrel tastings of new vintages or a tour of the pristine vineyard.     This was a lovely experience from the pretty setting to the excellent wait staff and the delicious food. We were pleasantly surprised that it was relatively quiet, and we could enjoy our Christmas catch up with no difficulty hearing each other. I would thoroughly recommend this venue for a special occasion lunch.

    Immerse Winery is a beautiful place to visit - even in the rain! We received a really cheerful friendly welcome to the restaurant and the service was very prompt. The menu was interesting and varied, and the dishes we chose were delicious. We tasted a variety of wines, and came away with a box full, some of which will be Christmas gifts. All in all a very enjoyable experience which we would be happy to repeat. We highly recommend a visit!

    The whole experience was memorable. The service was excellent and the food was unusual and well presented. Sitting under an umbrella out on the terrace looking out over the roses to acres of grapevines and the distant Yarra Ranges made me feel as if I was in Italy. Almost perfect!

    Amazing views and lovely live music. Wines are super good. Food options are limited as no kitchen and service could be better. But overall a fair place to visit in a group or couple’s visit.
