Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar features creative Italian-inspired dishes using the fresh seafood and game meats. It offers at least four different organic specialties a day. Try its pan seared foie gras with grilled Portobello mushrooms and Belgium endive, its pheasant breast that is lightly seasoned and pan roasted and served with roasted chipollini and mushrooms, or a combination of caribou and lamb chops marinated with fresh garlic and rosemary drizzled with a honey rosemary demi-glaze. Thanksgiving buffet was outstanding. All the food was delicious. Loved the variety and that they had boneless slices of both white meat and dark meat turkey. Fish, chicken, and shrimp were also available. A real feast. The staff was also extremely friendly and efficient. Glad I decided to come there instead of doing all that cooking, food prep, and cleanup at home.
