Villa Barolo Ristorante and Wine Bar features creative Italian-inspired dishes using the fresh seafood and game meats. It offers at least four different organic specialties a day. Try its pan seared foie gras with grilled Portobello mushrooms and Belgium endive, its pheasant breast that is lightly seasoned and pan roasted and served with roasted chipollini and mushrooms, or a combination of caribou and lamb chops marinated with fresh garlic and rosemary drizzled with a honey rosemary demi-glaze. Hosted lunch for the companies executives and Board Members visiting from various locations. All were impressed with the food options and noted that the meals were delicious. The place was empty given it had just opened for the day which was nice. The group noted service was also excellent, and overall were very pleased with their visit to Villa Barolo. We will utilize their services again in the future!
