This is our absolute favorite restaurant. The management and staff always give us treatment like members of their family. It’s the only restaurant anywhere that lets you shop for your wine on the “wine wall” that regularly changes. The new dinner special was the most delicious dinner I have tasted in a restaurant in years (Grilled Pork Tenderloin). Our guests were blown away by their meals, especially the crab cakes. When I want you want an awesome, consistent quality experience, this is the place. Lori makes it all come together and we hope she is always the leader of the pack.

It’s been a few years since we dined here, so was curious to see if the food was still as good as we remember. It was!! The menu had enough to choose from, but there were still daily specials offered. Chose one of them—the Halibut—and wasn’t disappointed. The local Sauvignon Gris was a nice match and the desert martinis were delicious pared with the local graham cracker crust ice cream garnished with a Snickerdoodle. Cozy Christmas decor adds to the charm of this chic rustic establishment. Don’t miss it!

The food was delicious. The service was great. The prices were very reasonable. We had Lobster Thermidor, Veal Scallopini, and the Chocolate Soufflé. Everything was perfect!

In speaking with our waiter I realized I’ve been delighted by dining at Ches Francois for 40 years. We arrived at 6:00 pm and shortly after being seated my wife and I were greeted by the owner, Chez Jacque. I congratulated Jacque in celebrating the Haeringer family’s 70th year owning and operating Chez Francois. (there was a large stand alone plaque at the entrance announcing the 70 years) Jacque’s comment when I congratulated him was, “yes two generations of crazy restaurateurs”. I could not argue with him. Only absolute dedication, commitment and tireless energy produces the wonderfully amazing results this family has delivered decade after decade. Every bite of food I’ve ever eaten at Chez Francois has been a culinary delight. Every meal I’ve had (I estimate in the neighborhood of 150 meals) have been absolutely enjoyable.
