Experience Kenichi’s Private Dining! Join us with your friends and family in the Tatami Room. Reservations last for 2 hours and can accommodate up to 12 people. Featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine, Matsuhisa Aspen is located within a historic Victorian house in downtown Aspen, CO. Indoor dining in Aspen will be temporarily closed per Pitkin County Board of Health starting on 1/17. Takeout is available nightly from 5:30 pm-9pm. To ensure we are adhering to the health and safety guidelines, and to reopen as safely and responsibly as possible, we are requiring guests entering our premises to wear protective face masks. -----------------Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s fusion cuisine draws influence from his classical training in Tokyo and his life abroad in Peru, Argentina, and around the world, showcasing signature dishes such as Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Black Cod Miso and White fish Tiradito.

A little bit of heart goes into each dish prepared and local ingredients are sourced when they're available. Eat lightly, enjoying some appetizers in the lounge or enjoy a full sit-down dinner with several mouth-watering entrees. Start out your visit at Cache Cache with royal osetra caviar, Alaskan king crab or Hudson Valley Fois Gras Terrine. Entrees include a main dish with two sides and a sauce to complement your meal. Calf's liver, Colorado rack of lamb and Boulder natural rotisserie chicken are just a few of the options. Ask the sommelier to pair a wine with your meal. The desserts at Cache Cache are simply scrumptious and include house biscotti with espresso ice cream, assorted gelato and sorbetti flavors.

    We have lived in the valley for approximately 13 years. We have developed the list of go to restaurants that are our favorites. We have not strayed from the list until recently. About a month ago I decided I wanted to try several restaurants that have been around for a while that we have never gone to. PARC Aspen is one of the two. We were greatly surprised at the quality of the restaurant on our first visit. The entire experience was excellent. We went back again yesterday and we have the same feeling. This restaurants now being added a list of go to places. They are both a very nice outdoor patio when weather permits and a beautiful restaurant inside. The ambience, service, food are all excellent.

    We are never disappointed and always love to reconnect with the Cache Cache team. They are getting ready to celebrate 35 years as beacons in this very challenging business. It is fine dining and so worth the cost. There are always imaginative new dishes and all of the old favorites. Jodi is the heart and soul of this amazing place!
