Our Dinner Menu might include delicious fish and shellfish, premium beef, lamb, poultry or game, and imaginative vegetarian dishes. This runs alongside a lunchtime menu providing excellent value for money. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we adopt a 'order at the bar' service for all restaurant seatings unless pre booked party's of 10 or more. Please ask at the bar for more details on arrivalLocated on the ground floor directly off main reception Faradays offers a lunch menu from midday, and ala carte dinner menu alongside a selection of daily specials served each evening from 5.30pm to 9.15pm, which enables our of brigade of Chefs the opportunity to showcase their talents. The bar opens at midday and serves until 11pm after which time guests will be required to show proof of residency to obtain service. Bar closing time is at the discretion of the hotel management team each night. The patio overlooking the Waterfront provides panoramic views of the canal basin and should the weather turn inclement then you can still enjoy the outdoors in one of our new dining pods.

    Described by my guest as a little gem. As always the food was of good quality and the home made tiramisu is sans pareil. With this is a good selection of wines, and more than one offering of grappa which would make this the envy of many Italian restaurants

    A group of 10 of us went today for the Christmas 3 course lunch which was lovely. Between us we sampled most of what was on offer and all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was good and the courses came with a reasonable gap between, not too long or too short. I have a minor food allergy which I had mentioned when I booked and they were very careful to find out details and work out how to serve my food so that it would not be a problem for me! A great lunch to celebrate Christmas with some good friends!

    HIDDEN GEM Wow, totally did not expect this, friendly welcome to a clean bright restaurant with good private off road parking, staff members Tony & Tina (?) could not do enough for us, time taken to explain/discuss food, asked how we like food in terms of levels spice/hotness your of restaurant function suite attached Latin American music in background Prompt attention to take (& deliver)drinks order Food piping hot & plentiful, box provided to take uneaten food Decent space between tables for privacy We will be back
