Restaurant at Birmingham College of Food offers top quality food and service delivered by students training on our chef, food service courses under the guidance of industry expert tutors at University College Birmingham.Restaurant provides exceptional value for money for high levels of cooking, service, creative flair and quality seasonal produce. Our Dinner Menu might include delicious fish and shellfish, premium beef, lamb, poultry or game, and imaginative vegetarian dishes. This runs alongside a lunchtime menu providing excellent value for money. Please ask at the bar for more details on arrivalLocated on the ground floor directly off main reception Faradays offers a lunch menu from midday, and ala carte dinner menu alongside a selection of daily specials served each evening from 5.30pm to 9.15pm, which enables our of brigade of Chefs the opportunity to showcase their talents. The bar opens at midday and serves until 11pm after which time guests will be required to show proof of residency to obtain service. Bar closing time is at the discretion of the hotel management team each night. The patio overlooking the Waterfront provides panoramic views of the canal basin and should the weather turn inclement then you can still enjoy the outdoors in one of our new dining pods.

Delicious well presented food, with extra offerings from the college students which were also full of flavour and delightful. The service was friendly and well organised, we had a very pleasant evening. The restaurant was warm and relaxing and spotlessly clean, well done all!

visiting Buonissimo Restaurant is always a very enjoyable time with fantastic food and service. I recently celebrated my birthday there with a friend and nothing was too much trouble the attention to detail and the service was superb.

We had a very positive experience, it was a Monday evening so the restaurant was quiet but the service and food were great, the staff friendly would certainly go back.
