As a Michelin Chef starred restaurant, you expect... and oh boy, did they deliver. Paul, our server, made the evening way and beyond food experience. Don't get us wrong!! Food was absolutely divine! Sommelier Gabriel knows its craft and will suggest great wine and night cap drinks. Oh, their cocktail menu is pretty original, too. Overall, it is one of our best experiences. Beautiful outside patio. Unfortunately, it was too cold for us to eat outside. The whole staff is so nice and friendly. We had a great time.

A restaurant with upscale quality that’s alright to enter in jeans and a t-shirt, with luxurious options like wagyu beef and more familiar picks like California rolls with real crab and spicy tuna rolls with good quality tuna, not the chopped up stuff overloaded with mayo. Their sticky ribs are a highlight, crunchy and fall off the bone tender with the perfect blend of sweet, savory, and richness. Many people come back just for the ribs, we are some of those people. The lobster noodles are amazing, the ramen is yummy, and if you partake the bar has lots of really unique and exciting beverages. If you don’t partake at the bar, good for you! More power to you! They have some really tasty non-alcoholic beverages, I LOVE their lychee lemonade. Overall this is a crown jewel at Disney Springs and a must try. Make reservations, they get full, if they are full check out their street food counter. You’ll never have a bad meal at Morimoto’s.

Our reservation for eight was delayed due to another party taking longer than expected. As a result, the manager spoke to us, apologized and sent several appetizers to apologize for the delay. Though it was not their fault, the manager made us feel appreciated and valued. Excellent service from this point forward. Once seated, the food was exceptional, the service impeccable, the environment unique and pleasant. Would most definitely come back and highly recommend for service, food, and overall experience.
