I have eaten at the Chop House, Butler’s Wharf on several occasions and it’s still a great place to dine. The staff are lovely and the food is quality (compliments to the chef)! and affordable. To top it off, the view of Tower Bridge is amazing!! It was my husband’s birthday weekend, and to start it off they made our dining experience, especially my husband’s, special. We highly recommend the Chop House, Butler’s Wharf. Thank you everyone x

I really enjoyed my dining experience with Uncle Hons BBQ at all my friends. The food itself was excellent, I can’t say enough about the ribs and pork belly - utterly delicious 😋 The lamb was also tasty and the rice was amazing with the pork crunchy bits on. My only issue was the oxtail which was very fatty and felt didn’t have a nice taste - felt like it needed more cooking time but personal choice. I also thought the location was excellent next the river with the football stadium. My only issues were the booking system needs work and I think both uncle hons and all my friends should speak with one another more to make the is a more easier process. Very confusing when we arrived and not very well explained. I get they are both technically separate but you are in the same location taking bookings for one another so uncle hons should be able to help more if we book a table with them not just go upstairs and they will help - it’s nothing to do with us is the impression we got and I don’t think this is good customer service. I also felt unless you had the person explain everything re ordering and the menu then people felt confused and loss. It shouldn’t be so complicated to order Barbecue food with grams and weight. This also causes a bigger queue with everyone - perhaps an email in advance to booking customers to explain everything required would be more helpful. Again overall experience of the food was really good. The bar could do with more selection of beers and variety but the staff were nice.

Food was delicious and we had a nice time. Felt slightly forgotten about from the service as took long to order and get plates cleared etc. But overall a nice experience and would recommend!

First visit after the Tower Bridge branch renovation. The 15 year U.S. - UK reunion dinner was a made a memorable experience with an unforgettable night time view of Tower Bridge (upstairs), and perfectly cooked lomo steaks with sautéed spinach.
