Just opened 14 Feb 2022!Walking into Emilia’s Wood Wharf will be like entering a bustling trattoria in Italy’s Emilia Romagna region with an ambience created by natural terracotta-plastered walls bathed in natural light, rustic Iroko furniture, creamy crema marfil marble counters and hand-painted Italian tiles. Chefs making fresh pasta greet diners at the window in a special dedicated custom-made area visible from all sides. The thoughtfully designed interior cleverly combines a vibrant bar area with a custom table bocce for some competitive socialising in half the restaurant, with a cosy rustic restaurant section for more intimate moments and lingering conversations. The custom-designed kitchen and bar areas will be fully open for diners to watch the theatrics of drinks and dishes being freshly prepared. Heerlijk gegeten. Lekker verse pasta en een heerlijke Pannetone als toetje. Het andere toetje was al bereid (uit de koeling) dat was het enige minpuntje. Dat is vers toch echt lekkerder. Maar overall heerlijk gegeten!

Every dish is fantastic. Choose what you fancy, and it will be amazing. Cyrus often cooks them himself, and this is a celebrity chef restaurant where the person himself is doing the work and is happy to chat. It is a bonus that it's very reasonably priced. We had a selection of starters and mains; it's some of the best Indian food I've ever had, and I've been to India plenty of times. GO AND EAT HERE! It's much closer than it looks, thank you, Elizabeth line. Put it into City Mapper, and you will be there in a Jiffy. I loved the place on Prescot Street, and this is an even brighter, more modern space.

BBQ tray was absolutely delicious and some of the best bbq I have had outside of the USA. The beef rib was really tasty but a little tough. Staff were super friendly and thought the value was really good for how much we got!
