A.O.C. is a small plates restaurant driven by seasonal ingredients, locally sourced. Our California French cuisine was developed by Chef Suzanne Goin, and also features Mediterranean influences. We have 24 wines by the glass and 150 bottles to choose from, curated by Caroline Styne, all of which are either organic, biodynamic or sustainable. We had a wonderful evening at Gracias Madre. We went because it was highly recommended, but it surpassed my expectations in every way. The food was superb (and I am a harsh critic), the place was lovely, the tables were well-spaces so the noise level was low, and the service was outstanding. I'll definitely be back next time we're in Los Angeles. (In the meantime, the food was so good I bought the cookbook!)

Wonderful delicious food, flavors were spot on. Warm ambiance and lush decor. Overall more on the lovely side. Service was top notch. Our waiter Sam made some great recommendations that we really enjoyed. Valet parking available at the hotel.

Incredible experience for all the senses. The decor was impeccable as were the vessels that everything was served in. Service was on point. Insanely imaginative and well curated tasting menu. Lovely ambient music, beautiful smells. Just a wonderful experience.

Me and my wife went and we had a blast we had a great waiter named Justin who checked on us and made sure we had a phenomenal experience. My wife had the Fish and Chips while I had the Prime Rib which was sublime. We enjoyed a complimentary desert with congratulations on it due to me and my wife being pregnant with triplets, this was a great experience I highly recommend.
