Modern market and dining concept highlighting the influence of Greek products on Mediterranean cuisine. Mediterranean cuisine is rooted in an archipelago of magical vistas but rocky soil; where folks that could grow little more than herbs and olives were compelled to build ships to trade what little their soil brought forth. Oda House Offers authentic Georgian cuisine and natural wines. A liberal use of spices, kebabs, khinkali (oversized meat-and-cheese dumplings), mtsvadi, khachapuri (Georgian cheese bread) and adjaruli (Cheese boat) typify the kitchen’s preparations.
