FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The massive ceiling-to-floor windows offer diners beautiful views of the outside patio while inside, guests are surrounded by colorful artwork created by local artists from the tri-state area.The bar program will offer delightful wines, from some of the oldest vineyards in the country, as well as locally brewed bourbons and ales. What a lovely place. Gracious staff, warm welcome, caring and professional service. The food is authentic- spiced to perfection and a treat to the senses. Everything we had was delicious, and artfully prepared.

The Hill serves quality, well prepared and reasonably priced food. Expect to spend about $90 or more per person for a two-course meal with a drink and tip. Our waitress for our party of 7 was exceptional, handling our various requests with aplomb. The dining room was about half full early on a Friday night. The ambience lent itself to conversation and the patronage ranged from children to seniors. This is a great place for multi-generational gatherings and celebrations.
