Stella Modern Italian Cuisine specializes in fresh seasonal menus featuring local and organic ingredients when possible. The wood burning oven is the heart of the restaurant, producing Roman style pizza and the majority of the menu. Our culinary team led by Executive Chef Josh Partain has created a modern menu using ideas that begin with traditional Italian dishes. The wine list is an interesting group of Italian and American wines personally selected by owner/operator Lori Burson.
