Per HOA Regulations, all guests must vacate the restaurant no later than 11:30pm, this includes New Years Eve.La Bottega offers authentic Italian cuisine with the Chef Stephen Virion having worked in Tuscany and the Veneto regions of Italy. His wife, Elisabetta, is from Asiago, Italy and has crafted the wine list to compliment the cuisine. La Bottega's Wine Bar is a great place for apres ski or to just have a glass of wine with friends from our award winning wine list.Failure to cancel or correct your reservation according to our reservation terms, will result in your credit card being charged a fee of $40/person. Please call the restaurant 12 hours prior to your reservation for any changes.Patio seating is on a first come first serve basis, all reservations made are for indoor seating only.

Mirabelle is a boutique restaurant located in the Vail Valley and believe to be the first home site in Beaver Creek. It’s unique and romantic setting is the home of Belgium Master Chef Daniel Joly. His unique and contemporary cuisine uses the best natural and organic ingredients available. Chef Joly takes great pride in his work but if you ask him what gives him the most satisfaction of all his awards and accomplishments, he will simply say that awards and peer recognition are great but a customer complimenting him for a great dining experience is the best of all. During the Holiday's we will close on Christmas Day, and we will be closed on Sunday, January 5 and Monday January 6, 2025. Reservations needs to be cancelled 24 hours prior to avoid cancellation fee of $ 75.00.Please arrive on time, we will hold the table for 15 minutes.Winter season will be closed on Sunday.We are answering our phone during business hours at 2 pm.Thank you for joining us for a wonderful dinner.

    The food and service is top notch. Our table was not quite ready but there was space at the bar. the bartender made the drinks as expected but also provided guidance on the wines. Once seated the service was equally good. The plates were described well. The waiter offered guidance. The portions are LARGE. The food is prepared expertly. The temperature is appropriate. The flavors are excellent. As one would expect, the truffle menu is sublime. The wine choices are excellent. The wine prices are in line with what one expects in Vail. No complaints whatsoever.

    Lunch at the bar. Great service. The scallops were excellent and they accommodated a small side salad not on the menus. I saw the special Haute Chocolate being serviced nearby. Very entertaining. Worth the trip.
