Die Zubereitung im 800 Grad heißen Southbend Ofen bringt die typischen Fleischaromen voll zur Geltung. Die Karamelisierung macht das Äußere der Dry Aged Steaks besonders kross und unverwechselbar im Geschmack.

Enjoy some traditional barbecue like Hereford beef from Uruguay cooked on a lava stone grill at the Wellingten restaurant. Grilled saddle of lamb and chicken breast are also available.     Das Clienté, das Essen, der Service, das Ambiente. Atemberaubend lebhaft. Ich war mit einer Freundin da und der Sitzplatz war wirklich sehr angenehm, obwohl meistens ein 2er Tisch in vielen Restaurant's schlecht ausfällt, hier nicht. Wir haben beide das Omakase gewählt und es war vom Anfang bis Ende, einfach ein Hochgenuss. Dazu die Expertise unserer Bedienung, die das nicht selbst in der Küche macht und doch zu 100% weiß, was im Detail serviert wird. Selten so gehabt. Ich kann dieses Menü jedem ans Herz legen, der offen ist für die freie Kunst des Koch's. Manchmal muss man einfach vertrauen schenken und dieses wird hier belohnt :) Vielen Dank Ono^^

    Ein unglaublich angenehmes Erlebnis. Wir hatten in dem Glashäusschen gegessen. Es herrschte eine angenehme Temperatur, Außengeräusche waren kaum bemerkbar und das Personal war und ist klasse und sehr freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert.
