Our Outdoor Cafe is complete with rain-proof awnings, fans, and electric heaters for your comfort. *Per the rules and regulations of the DINING OUT NYC Program, Outdoor Seating will be limited beginning 11.01.24. Weather permitting, outdoor tables will be first-come, first-served.Due to demand, we are unable to hold your reservation past the time it has been booked. Zou Zou’s is a lively and modern Eastern Mediterranean restaurant from chef Juliana Latif, who spent years working at some of the most notable restaurants throughout New York City, including The NoMad. The menu is inspired by and celebrating the cuisine and flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean region, bringing in influences from Lebanon, Israel, Turkey, Egypt, Syria, and Jordan, among others. Zou Zou’s is located within the Manhattan West Plaza, on the ground level of Pendry Manhattan West.     Food was fabulous and served family style. Service was not quite up to par as we waited a long time for the check, and then some of the credit card printouts were missing. Waiter seemed very distracted.

    Some really amazing dishes (filet mignon skewers, sweet potatoe side dish) Some not so great (duck and lobster kabob) But overall a beautiful restaurant , hit or miss on the main dishes, but overall a great restaurant. Willl go back .

    If you find a better value in the city, let alone on the upper West Side, please let me know. I'm always impressed by the quality of both the food and the service. It is not easy to be attentive without being intrusive. The staff at Cafe Luxembourg has apparently mastered that talent. As for the kitchen, they've been scoring 10's for as long as I can remember. I'm very appreciative of being able to enjoy a restaurant like this, where the food and service are both consistently superior and at a price that is most assuredly reasonable.

    Gluten allergy - they consistently take great care to make sure that I know my food was prepared with my allergy considered. Love getting my red flags. Staff is fantastic. Food is consistently delicious

    Every year its always the best dinner! I bring my staff for our after Christmas Christmas celebration for the past 30 years and we are never disappointed. This year we added a new dish their special ....it was chicken on top of spinach with peppers and cheese and roasted potato in a piccata sauce, simply delicious!!! And of course we saw " our Ralph" for many years we enjoy his smile and his welcoming deameanor, Ralph is one of a kind!!! ❤️
