Active and bustling, in the "Trattoria Style", this Woodbury location of Butera's offers quality food at a great value. Known for their generous portions of pasta entrees, grilled fare, and fresh fish, Butera's has established a fine reputation as a neighborhood place where guests often see people they know. It is owned and operated by Martin Butera, his wife Laurie, Martin's brother Gary Butera, and partner and chef Nick Zografos. The large open room is tastefully decorated with a traditional and contemporary mix, with rich dark woodwork and stone treatments, granite table tops, a wood and granite bar, fieldstone and hardwood floors, stone fireplace, exposed wine racks and a Tiffany style fixture at the entrance. Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi.     We took two other couples tonight for their first taste of Testarossa. One couple from Florida and the other N Carolina. Everything ordered was received with “Wows, this is delicious, and I’ve never tasted octopus this tender”. Each pasta dish was extraordinary a very filling. Our dessert was simple-2 tartufos for the table with a plate of fresh whipped cream.

    We dined at Opus and took advantage of the $59.99 prix fixe menu. What a deal!! Almost everything that is on the standard menu is on here, though a few require a $5 up charge. The portion sizes are the same as the standard ones. We were a group of 4 and had 4 different appetizers, 4 different entrees and 4 different desserts- everything was excellent!

    Dinner was delicious. The meatballs reminded me of meatballs that I had in Italy… All dishes we ordered were plentiful and there was enough to have again for a second meal. Only complaint I had was that our table was by the window and it was a bit chilly but we sucked it up and didn’t ask to be reseated elsewhere when tables started to open up. We will definitely return again. The pizza looked delicious too!!

    Food and Service was very good. The restaurant was very busy but our waitress - Brie - was excellent - friendly and attentive. Overall this is a great place for a family meal.
