The Watermans Richmond is an all day Restaurant and Bar in the centre of town, conveniently located on an ancient cobbled street that leads down to the waterfront.Our food is the best of British ingredients, served with a nod to southern Europe, with favourite dishes ranging from scallop ravioli to fregola, veal chops and day boat fish. It’s such a lovely restaurant. We went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was the perfect place. The food choices were all tempting and it was hard to decide what to pick. But all our selections were delicious. And the service we got from Chelsea was charming, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful afternoon.

The Sunday roast was amazing, and our host, Liam, was outstanding. He was attentive and made sure that we had a top-up on our roast. His timing for each course we had was impeccable. It was the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I will definitely visit again because the customer service was 10/10.

This is a really classy place in a hidden part of Kingston. The staff there were so accommodating particularly Victoria who went above her call of duty to help us with a nice table and service.
