Just opened 14 Feb 2022!Walking into Emilia’s Wood Wharf will be like entering a bustling trattoria in Italy’s Emilia Romagna region with an ambience created by natural terracotta-plastered walls bathed in natural light, rustic Iroko furniture, creamy crema marfil marble counters and hand-painted Italian tiles. Chefs making fresh pasta greet diners at the window in a special dedicated custom-made area visible from all sides. The food is absolutely amazing, pricing is deffo worth the food quality! They were quite busy when we went so when we asked for a water refill it was forgotten but we didn’t mind as we had another drink each anyway and could understand they were busy! Our server was amazing and made sure we were happy with the food. We were seated at the back of the restaurant which for some people midge be a bit of a squeeze but we found it fine! The lighting is quite dim in the restaurant so if you like something brighter then it wouldn’t be for you!

Excellent food and service Problems with paying due to WiFi transmission issues. They are sorting this though and it was all resolved with good humour. Thoroughly recommend my fish pie was excellent as was anchovies to start . My friend had prawns and mackerel . Both from lunch menu and superb. I also bought a skate wing from the fresh fish counter,and even I managed to cook it properly . It was fresh and superb . Do try it , you won’t regret it .

5 star place, 5 star people - felt looked after like one of the family. Seafood cooked to perfection, beautiful torta di mele, first rate espresso, well recommended Chablis.
