Only a short walk from Liverpool Street Station, Cinnamon Kitchen serves innovative, modern Indian cuisine inspired by the same ethos as its Westminster counterpart but in a more relaxed and informal setting. Chef Vivek Singh and Chef Raju Ramachandran have created an exciting Indian food menu that highlight seasonal ingredients that are sustainably sourced and come together in a trademark relaxed all-day dining concept. The restaurant features a bar and a smaller dining dining room for private dining and events, a grill that is fired up to bring you some of our kitchen favourites and an alfresco terrace that makes it possible to dine under the skies regardless of London weather. Seasonal changes to the menu make this restaurant fun to visit often. We had aubergine with a mustard sauce: enjied by the whole table. Likewise the chole batura: not greasy nor acrid as often can be the case. Uppatam was well received too. The date pancake was enjoyed as was the riff on ras malai. The latter deconstructed and remade as a cake like sponge imbued with ras malai sauce, topped with a crunchy crumble. A novel twist that was a pleasure. Service was excellent, as usual.

Was such a great night it was very busy due to it being Xmas party season but our server was amazing and made my birthday special- he remembered everyone’s orders and explained what it was and recommend plates to order - I would 100% come back and can’t wait for summer time. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that it is a nut free kitchen which is so rare. I would recommend the pork tacos,guacamole and duck on crispy rice and lamb cutlets / skewers
