The restaurant prides itself on showcasing seasonal ingredients along with their own Deer, Jersey Cows and Iberian Pigs which are reared by Chef/Owner Brett Graham. After a 2 year hiatus, The Ledbury reopened with a new look dining room and their own in house Fungarium. Was a great meal, and the service was truly exceptional. Loved everything. However I found 80£ for a white truffle and pasta dish too high given how little the chef shaved on. I would go again for sure.
