Albert's is a neighbourhood wine bar nestled behind the heritage listed Kings Arcade in the leafy backstreets of Armadale. Our bar is named for the Australian artist, Albert Tucker who once resided in the area and more importantly depicted our beautiful 19th century building in his 1937 landscape.We offer an ever-changing list of exciting wines by authentic small batch producers from all over the world, along with many classic 'non-wine' drinking options. Don’t expect a traditional restaurant menu, our kitchen offers up a variety of smaller, seasonal plates that are designed to share.     We enjoyed the service today. Wait staff were very friendly. The main course food took a long time to come as it was busy. It would be good to put some noise absorbing materials as the restaurant with its hard surfaces was very loud. The people were great, food nice wine nice and the view outstanding.

    Raw tuna in crispy wonton is an outstanding dish - great combination of quality fresh ingredients, flavour & texture. And the fish curry (barramundi?) was again, the result of skilled perfection. The food is exactly WHY we are happy to pay for food, the way it is supposed to be cooked - by people who know what they are doing! Thankyou.

    Had dinner here on a Tuesday night. Food exceeded my expectations and overall a really nice spot for a drink/meal, particularly when the weather is nice and you are able to sit at a table outside. Recommend
