Located on the historic Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, CO, Gemini is a full service restaurant focused on contemporary Spanish food and wine and its international influences. The menu is guided by the seasons and highlights sustainably farmed meats and produce from Colorado purveyors. Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. We offer 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required & limited. $145/per person++Reservations are released weekly on Mondays for the following 3 weeks.
