Ida Claire is a funky, southern influenced restaurant & bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is notched up southern but has influences from different regions. You’ll most likely see dishes you’ve heard of before but with little twists here and there. Our sandwiches will be served on biscuits & we’ll have chicken & waffles on every menu. Brunch is obviously southern & will be a big part of what we do. The drinks are takes on classics like the Mint Julep but revved up & including a lot of house made ingredients. I wish the hostess had told us a party of about 20 women were coming 30 minutes after my party of three sat. The decibel level had us covering our ears and shouting at each other like they were at the other table. it was my two friends’ first visit to Woodlands. I had touted the nice quiet ambience and delicious food. At least the food was perfect as usual. And the waitress was wonderful.

Upon arrival last evening, one of my guests was already waiting for me. The front hostess had already welcome to them, and was very cordial to me when I arrived as well while walking in, we noticed there was a cool, airstream trailer parked outside. We asked if it was potentially available. The staff said yes we’ll go set it up for you right away. Then they assured us to our seats and we had a wonderful private dinner and a very cool vintage air streamer. What a wonderful experience and incredible staff and exciting menu. Highly recommend!

Food was fantastic, every ingredient had a purpose and a unique blend, easily the best Latino/hispanic themed restaurant I have experienced in 25+ years as an adult who spent many years working in the front and back of house in restaurants
