State & Main is always good. I haven’t had a meal here that hasn’t been delicious. The servers are nice and knowledgeable and the ambiance is awesome. Highly recommend

Wonderful! Gorgeous everything. Exemplary service. Halibut and chicken dishes were a delight. Got there early to sit by the fireplace. So lovely:))

Had dinner with a childhood friend. Pernov was our server very polite and took good care of us. He did not rush us at all! Our food was awesome. We tried the hummus and bread appetizer very delicious. Chef Emily made us a L’andin Burger with salad and my friend had the beef tenderloin rigatoni, which she loves! Always great to see everyone!

We went to Blu on Avenue Road for our 3rd anniversary dinner and had a quiet romantic table on the ground floor. Staff went out of their way to explain the menu and our choices. It was clear that they were very loyal and loved their jobs and the place. They did give us some quiet time too. Then we were told the restaurant was about to close because of a huge rent increase at their lease renewal. We hope the new location opening on King Street West will come close to the beautiful spacious building on Avenue Road. Even if it does not we will be there because the food and service is so good. We each had an amazing scallop appetizer and we were glad we did not split it and had our own. For main courses the pasta, lamb and beef tenderloin were cooked to perfection. We were too full for ordering dessert but they brought a tiramisu to share and we were able to finish before leaving happy. We can’t wait to return to the new location in May.
