Established in the heart of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, Le Vallauris has been one of the highest rated restaurants in the Coachella Valley since its inception in 1973. The exquisite cuisine at Le Vallauris is prepared by Executive Chef, Jean-Paul Lair, who has graced the restaurant for over 25 years. The Historic Landmark was built in 1927 as a home for the Roberson family, who managed Palm Springs' first hotel, The Desert Inn. Many grand parties were held in the house for guests such as Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong and many more. The food and service were excellent as we reliably find. Our only disappointment was the seating, which felt like down a drab corridor as there wasn’t a table in the main area, bright with windows. Reportedly tables are assigned by computer but ask for the main room if you can.

Miro's is excellent. The staff is there to greet you when you walk in. As soon as you are seated, water is offered, and a waiter soon follows to take your drink order. The drinks are plentiful and expertly crafted. The food is wonderful as I've had everything on the menu! Homemade soup as part of the meal is a must. For us, Miro's is our go-to restaurant for a nice dinner out and an amazing experience. You can't go wrong!
