Tucked down a laneway, housed in an industrial building, you'll find our quirky pizzeria. Our vibe is super casual and we love to see our customers sharing pizzas, beers and enjoying life. Our space is ideal for large groups, but also for families and couples. Were all about the pizza! Pizza Napoletana is authentic pizza from Naples, and we make it according to the generations-old technique....with just a little of our own twists here and there. Our dough is made in-house and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create a tasty and light base - minimal yeast so no bloating here. Our experience at Salis is always fabulous. The food is A grade and the ambience is perfect. The lighting makes you feel so relaxed. Last night our waitress was so good at her job. But we have never had a waitress/waiter at Sails that wasn’t. See you again in a few night Sails 🙌

I had a chicken and lamb yiro which was delicious. Ample filling and very appetising. The petite dessert was extra special as I love chocolate torte and baklava so could have both without having to make a decision. The only disappointment was the coffee. It wasn’t served very hot and maybe it was the coffee blend but it didn’t taste quite right. Service was excellent especially as the restaurant was busy with Christmas parties. Staff were also great. 9/10 overall.
