A place that feels like home.. I don't mean that in a sense that the place is covered in dog hair, the tv is blaring, the kids are screaming and there's lego all over the floor; more in a sense that you feel welcomed, content and at home from the minute you enter, right up until you leave. We wanted to create a place, that I myself, would want to visit on a regular basis. A place where your name is more important to us than your money is. A place where you feel like a regular from your first visit. A place where you feel like a part of our family. A place you felt you've been before. A place that feels like home.... Ok, so we have fancy wine glasses, twinkling candles, nice chairs and really shiny cutlery, but don't let that fool you... We're humble, both in our service and in our food, and pretentiousness and oversized egos were banished from the premises the day we started trading. We like looking the part, but life's too short for airs and graces...

The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. When the property became available in 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. With the infrastructure in place and with a story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.Before you book a stable in our one of a kind refurbished stables, please note the following; Stable bookings can seat groups from 5-20 and for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are unable to book at your preferred time all of our reserved seating is booked. We leave tables unreserved in our beer garden and parts of inside for groups of less than 5 people and walk-ins. If you're wanting to make a reservation for 20+ people, please visit our webpage.

Our Team is excited to welcome you to The Shed Restaurant. Reservations are essential via the above booking portal. Credit card details are required at the time of booking for large groups however no funds are taken prior to your reservation. A $40 no-show fee is charged only without sufficient notice period of 12hrs. Whilst we love them, we cannot accomodate bookings for pets. Bookings of 2 - 11 can enjoy our a la carte menu offering.Bookings of 11+ adult guests are required to dine on our Feasting Menu $84pp. Our Chefs cater to all preferences and dietary requirements wherever possible, please alert your waitstaff when you arrive. Please include Children in your total number of guests when making a booking and leave a note for the restaurant when completing your reservation. A childrens menu is available.A 10% surcharge applies on weekends / 20% on public holidays.

We are thrilled to have recommenced dining in, for breakfast & lunch, seven days a week from the 29th of October. Numbers are very limited & for this reason there are a couple of changes to the way we do things.- BREAKFAST service daily between 8.30am -10:45am. LUNCH service daily between 12.00pm -3.30pm. Bookings will be staggered during these service times. With inside numbers currently so limited & our weather being so unpredictable, some areas outside will be walk in only & unfortunately some will have no ‘plan B’ for inclement weather.     We had a lovely dinner on a Thursday night with family. Staff were engaging, friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding and had something for everyone's taste. Staff were happy to recommend dishes and they did not disappoint. The restaurant was quiet as it was a Thursday night but this suited us perfectly as we were able to chat easily. The desserts were also delicious and they were happy to provide extra plates and spoons so we could share. The restaurant has a cosy ambience and we will definitely return... soon!

    The staff at Jimmy Rum were so accommodating. They assisted us with our birthday cake, and the live band even sung happy birthday! It was a welcoming, and comfortable environment. With a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Food and drinks were delish! Highly recommend.

    We ordered the papa's special with crunchy prosciutto and it was delicious. A bit disappointed with he menu as it was very limited but it was very tasty. Service was very good. Would of liked more alcohol choices. But I will go again.
