Jeremy was our waiter and fully spoiled us for my moms birthday 🤍 The food was incredible! We would come back just to hang out with Jeremy he made it so memorable and special. Thank you Jeremy & The Original for great food and GREAT service!

Excellent experience as always! We return again and again to Root Down for great food and great service. On this visit, we were mired in traffic and I was petrified we would miss our reservation by a long shot. I texted the restaurant and they texted right back with assurances they would save us a seat. What a relief! Every staff member knows the menu and can make recommendations and they kindly checked for food allergies. What a great place to eat when you're in Denver! We try to get there at least once per year.

Absolutely THE best! From the 1st greeting to the last goodbye, service, food and I couldn’t have asked for more for a reunion of old friends from CA! Excellent in every way!

Amazing (as usual)! Beautiful city views, such unique and delicious flavor combos. Gluten free accommodations were top tier!

Amazing experience! Started with the prosciutto, a pinot grigio, and had the tagliatelle, followed by the torta. It was all so wonderful! HIGHLY recommend the tagliatelle!! I sat at the bar, where Caesar waited on me, and he was exceptional. Highly attentive but not over-bearing; he was personable and friendly. I loved the ambiance as well. It should also be said, Caesar went above and beyond, and is an expert in his craft! Make a reservation, and you will not be disappointed.
