Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. FARM’s thoughtful culinary concept evokes the local experience of gathering together in a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy great food and drinks. The massive ceiling-to-floor windows offer diners beautiful views of the outside patio while inside, guests are surrounded by colorful artwork created by local artists from the tri-state area.The bar program will offer delightful wines, from some of the oldest vineyards in the country, as well as locally brewed bourbons and ales. Bourbon Blackberry Collins, with Black Dirt bourbon (fresh from nearby Orange County), lemon juice, and agave, is a great way to start off the evening.

    We love The Hill. The service was excellent, food delicious (we esp loved the French onion dumplings), and vibe was modern and comfortable. Thank you to the chefs and staff for a memorable evening!

    Our group of 14 was there to celebrate a family birthday. We were seated in a comfortable space, service was attentive and thoughtful, and everything went off in a timely way without being rushed. The food was quite good and arrived hot, which can be tricky with a party this size. Nora was our server, and she and the others who helped at our table were efficient and personable. Quick PS. On review, I see that we were charged a $42 cake plate fee for serving my brother's birthday cake. This was not mentioned when I brought the cake in even though I approached the server alone and it would have been a perfect time to tell me. Just be aware and ask questions because you will not necessarily be told about extra fees.

    One of the best dinner experiences I’ve had. A perfect evening of warm friendly service and delicious food. Decor is inviting too. A wonderful upscale dinner. I have been here before and I will be back again. Warm light flaky bread, house chips, Red sangria, stuffed shrimp, paella Marinera, a bonus after-dinner-shot on the house for our anniversary, tres leches cake with a hot cappuccino. Mmmm mmmm everything was so good and the outstanding personal service was deeply appreciated. You will not be disappointed going here for a drink, tapas or dinner.
