Nestled in the canyons of Bel Air, SHU is a dining experience like no other - a fusion of Japanese, Italian and Latin flavors and influences. A unique experience to the flagship Vespertine, we had a wonderful evening where each criteria of a conventional fine dining experience was impeccably addressed, but with the addition of artistry and creativity of menu signature to V. First time here. My wife and I had a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic! Classic Italian fair. We shared a Gorgonzola salad, which the server had split for us. Delicious! Full bar with interesting cocktail choices and good wine selection. A reservation is recommended as the place is not very big, but is nice and cozy. They do have some outdoor seating as well if you prefer. Highly recommended. We will return for another nice dinner experience
