Born to an Italian immigrant family, Executive Chef Pat Pascarella has a love for authentic Neopolitan cuisine that runs as deeply as his roots. He grew up savoring the traditional Italian cooking of his mother and grandmother, and it wasn't long before he found himself training under James Beard Award-winning chefs and helming his own kitchens throughout Connecticut, New York, and Atlanta, Georgia. Grana, Chef Pat's latest culinary endeavor, is directly inspired by the robust southern Italian cooking of his family's matriarchs.     A top class experience. Italian food with interesting twists. The ricotta and eggplant dip was absolutely delicious! I ordered a chicken picatta which was one of the better ones I have ever tasted. The sauce was not overly rich with butter which I really liked and the salt and sour were very nicely balanced. They have an extensive wine list but we ordered by the glass for which they have the option of a larger pour which is perfect. Service was terrific and friendly as well. We felt very welcome. Surely will return.

    What a lovely restaurant! The food was amazing but what really made it was the people. Our server Kent was so sweet and kind. His animation made us laugh and really feel welcome. Kent checked on us frequently and answered any questions we had. Taylor also assisted us and was so sweet and kind. Everyone worked as a team! We went for our anniversary and there was “happy anniversary card” on the table along with a free dessert and 2 muffins to go. Great experience!

    MIAB it is a great local dining experience. Ownership is there and paying attention. The food is great. My only negative communist restaurant is a little loud. They have concrete floors and no sound baffling. Other than that it’s a terrific experience and they are always full.
