Our second time dining at BAR ONE on Valentine’s Day. We enjoyed the Burrata and Cauliflower starters! We 💜 the cauliflower, so unique! We shared the lasagna, which we will definitely order again, as the leftovers were just as good! Cocktails and a bottle of wine to celebrate! We will be back soon with some friends to share one of our favorite spots in Charlotte!

Very friendly staff and great service. Enjoyed the Valentine’s Day specials. The food was excellent and the atmosphere, even though we were outside in a covered area, was warm and inviting.

Outstanding service! Thanks to Joel. Food was very good. A few things would have made it great. Love salt but heavy handed on the oysters. The bruschetta was fantastic, but would have been spectacular if the bread had been fully toasted. Mushy on the bottom. The tomatoes on it were spectacular as was the olive oil powder. We had a good, crisp Cesar salad and shared the Cacio Pepe. We thought the sauce was perfect. Light and peppery but not stodgy. We didn’t care for the pasta, which was more like a heavy gnocchi. So much so that we asked if we had gotten the dish we ordered. Loved the feel of the place. The lights and open kitchen were fun. A big comfortable booths were nice. The wine pours were exceptional and the prices excellent. Very good value. Not noisy and very enjoyable. Definitely worth the trip!

Always a wonderful experience! Alona was great to me and my friends. We were going to eat elsewhere, but I suggested they come to one of my favorite restaurants. This was their first time and they really enjoyed themselves. The food, the service, and the ambiance was great! I look forward to returning!
