Yoshi's has served Japan's best traditional dishes to Bay Area patrons since 1972. The menu highlights artfully arranged sushi, fresh grilled seafood, classic Japanese dishes, and vegetarian fare. Patrons can kick off their shoes in the traditional Japanese tatami seating or dine at tables. Expert sushi chefs create sushi and sashimi to order either in the restaurant or in the jazz house.     I've been to Yoshi's many times, but this was my first time dining in the restaurant. The service was great. Our server, Robin, was outstanding. The food was great as well. I had the Kuro Ninniku Angus Ribeye, and my wife had the Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon. We also enjoyed the Snow Monkey Sushi Rolls. It was a great experience overall!

    Go for the pizza! We went for Valentine's Day and had such a lovely time! Forever we ordered a $45 lobster pasta cacherri. It had 10 tube's of pasta and maybe 2 ounces of lobster. It was pretty Blanc and quite frankly, a rip off. It was also the only bad thing we had so we were still pretty pleased.
