Andrew was our server and he provided the right amount of attention. Chris is the manager who we’ve known for some years now and he always stops by for a fun chat. The meal was outstanding. I took advantage of the Dine out Boston menu. Got the New England clam chowder, the filet mignon (cooked to perfection) and the cheesecake. Also ordered the lobster cake appetizer. Meal was great, service wonderful couldn’t have had a better time.

We celebrate our daughter turning 21 at 75 Chestnut. The hostess really made us feel special and made an exception allowing in the custom cake we got with us. The food was great and the service was polite, unobtrusive and caring. We loved it!

From the moment we entered the door, the hosts were welcoming , prompt with our table, and offered to check our coats for comfort. The seating area to wait for your reservations was comfortable and elegant, the restaurant itself is beautifully designed and the artwork separating the bar from the tables is fabulous. Our server Leni was helpful with choices, he was attentive, and had a great passion for the cuisine and it helped with our experience . What stood out most was the GM, Nick, he greeted us, checked to see how are food was, drinks and chatted with us as we inquired about the restaurant etc. We travel and eat out often and felt the spectacular food married with exceptional service will bring us back. My gnocchi w lobster was beyond delicious and so light. The truffle mac and cheese was a nice blend of flavors with a very generous amount of shaved truffles on top..yum. Dessert: was full, but ordered profiteroles that were different than the typical puffed pastry..highly recommend. Also the mousse was rich and had a salty flare w the sea salt gently sprinkled . We will be back!

I had the pleasure of being served by Francis during my visit, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. His warm personality and genuine care for our experience made the meal even more enjoyable.

The food was wonderful, waitress and bartender very attentive as well as front of house. Our table was next to the open kitchen and we enjoyed that as well. Only criticism is that the online menu needs to match the daily menu.
