Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Lido Restaurant at The Surf Club celebrates its place as the best oceanfront dining experience in the Miami Beaches.     Great meal last night. Fried chicken was our favorite. The rice bowl was very good as well. So were the bao bun chicken and pork appetizers. The octopus was the only food that was just okay. Only thing that threw us off was the first round of drinks we got all were in tiny glasses (not sure what they’re called). I got wine after that and my fiance got a different drink that was served in a regular sized cocktail glass. I’ll go back for the food for sure

    We wanted a true American stake house and definitively Capital Grille is that. The fried calamari for appetizer were very good. As mains we tried two different meat cuts and several sides (the asparagus were a nice surprise as well as the potato Gratin). Andrea was our server and she was great all night long. We will be back for sure.
