The food was very good. Delicious PEI Pink moon oysters and other great selections. Hamachi crudo was great and I love the idea of local fresh ingredients. I’m glad we came- the halibut was a little too hard on the outside for me but the inside was nicely cooked. Brussels and potato purée were simply delicious. The brûlée cheesecake and cappuccino to finish helped power the 20 block walk home! It’s up there with the best of the restaurants I’ve been to. Prices were a little high but that’s what you expect in NYC.

The oysters were superb. Our lunch entrees were perfect. Great salmon burger. Squid ink pasta perfectly cooked.

Beautiful restaurant with excellent service. The historical elements of the space make it special and interesting. For example, we were seated at a table beside a showcase that contained the dueling guns of Aaron Burr and Alexander Hamilton. I loved that. The food was delicious, too!

A unique and tasty dining experience. A fantastic view of New York and you are taken care of from the moment you arrive and leave the restaurant. We got both the Omakase BBQ menu and the 5-course menu - both can be recommended. The meat is tender and juicy and well seasoned and delicious. We had the nicest service and the waiter ensures that your meat is grilled to your liking. So sit back and enjoy the food, the atmosphere and the lovely vibe, because we did - and we will definitely come again when we visit New York.
