Chef Tim Love’s flagship restaurant, Lonesome Dove Western Bistro first opened in 2000, in Fort Worth’s Historic Stockyards District, and quickly became the city’s premiere dining establishment. Love has designed a menu influenced by all of the ingredients and cultures that have been a part of the West since the first adventure began on the Goodnight-Loving and Chisholm Trails — with an added level of modern sophistication.     Delicious food and great service! Hand cut NY strip was especially tasty. Also recommend the Elk Sliders, Texas Red Chili, and Gulf Coast crab appetizer! If you are in Fort Worth, this is a must visit.

    I believe this restaurant is one of the most consistently great restaurants in the DFW area. The ambiance, food and service are phenomenal. Shannon always takes such great care of us and makes us feel special. Sean, the sommelier, is always so informative and helpful in choosing a great wine. Thank you for being one of our favorite go to places for a night out!

    Dining experience was superb. Tucker, our waiter, provided exemplary service. He explained the chefs specials thoroughly, didn’t race through them and didn’t hover over us while eating. Food was served hot and in nice intervals. Capital Grille is always busy but still provides a quality dining experience. Meal was delicious and we cannot wait to return. Thank you Tucker for making our birthday dinner celebration one to remember.

    This was our first time to visit in about 18 years and our first experience of Christmas with Texas de Brazil, and a very good one! We were engaged at Texas de Brazil over 20 years ago, so our visit was somewhat sentimental! The food, the quality, the service, the ambiance, and the value were just as we experienced years ago. Based on our experience, Christmas at Texas de Brazil may become an annual event!!!

    Excellent food, presentation, service and nice furnishings and decor. Those dining today, as usual, appeared to be well and appropriately dressed in a very comfortable and polite environment. Our dining experience today was the latest of many anniversaries we have celebrated at our favorite Restaurant......the Reata.......
