The view, cuisine and service were superb. I visited with a friend from overseas for lunch to celebrate my BD. We had fresh steamed clams, open crab sandwich and prime rib sandwich. They were all exquisite. We had crème brûlée dessert that was over the top. Our server Nicole was friendly and knowledgeable. The manager took the time to welcome us. I cherish our time at Skates. Do not miss dining there!

Rêve Bistro never disappoints! We had the Steak Frites and the Moulles Frites and the fries were cooked to perfection! It was a charming evening outdoors under the tent and the service was impeccable as always. This is definitely my favorite “go-to”.

Excellent dining experience from start to finish. Friendly, professional wait staff, absolutely delicious food, including seafood risotto and seafood pappardelle. Go there. You won't be disappointed.

You pay a lot, you get a lot: it's a high end steakhouse.The meat is excellent and well prepared and presented. There is the usual range of other stuff and sides/salads etc. if you don't want meat. So check their menu if you are considering but want something besides red meat. The service was also terrific. I have 2 criticisms, which many will take issue with. First, portion sizes are huge, ridiculously (imo) so. I don't get it, although it may have something to do with economics: you occupy a table for 2 hours, so they have to charge more to make it work economically, so they provide huge portions to make you feel it's worthwhile. I suppose that's the American way. Second, it was rather noisy and difficult to hold a conversation at times. This was of course due to the fact that they were packed, even on a Tuesday night, which tells you something. Also, I'm old, so perhaps somewhat aurally challenged. Enjoy.
