Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. An understated storefront hides a coveted skyline view—just one of the many ways you could underestimate this longtime cafe on Mount Baker’s main drag. The menu, the sign—even the name—are a bit of a throwback, but current owners Guy Devillier and David Hoefer took over in 2018 and keep things attuned to today. Carbonara packs more nuance than you might expect, the slightly crackly pizza’s better than it has to be, and the bar pours lambrusco and negroni. No wonder tables are loaded with a diversity of diners.

    2120 has a quiet, intimate atmosphere. We started our dinner with a half dozen Washington Oysters, which were fresh and delicious! Afterwards we ordered the potato gnocchi to share. For our mains I ordered the Scallops, and my wife ordered the New York steak. Everything we ate was wonderful and our server was professional and friendly. I highly recommend 2120 if you are looking to create a memorable dinner!

    Our Valentine Day dinner experience was excellent. The rib eye steak and the roasted chicken tasted wonderful. Our server, Christoper, was excellent. Very friendly, attentive, and efficient. We'll be back for sure!!

    Steaks were great! I can't remember any restaurant with better steaks than Daniel's. Wedge salad was perfect as was the shrimp salad. Service was good, attentive, but not overbearing. I just could not think of a place that was better for a steak.

    The food was delicious and all the staff were so wonderful! Such a cute patio & indoor dining area. Will definitely be coming back!

    I loved the view and the drinks, i do feel like the food menu can change. I ordered the Lamb Shank - Wasnt a fan it was pretty gainy Also ordered crab toast - it was different but it was terrible. The best thing we ate was the oven baked oysters. We also had baklava for bday cake but it wasnt all that. 3 rounds of double shots of hennessy Total spent was $208 - was it worth it no. Did i have a good time - yes. If i visit again i will probably just stick to drinks
