I highly recommend requesting him—he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout our meal. We ordered the Bone-in Filet and the King Salmon and Shrimp, both of which were cooked to perfection. To accompany our meal, we enjoyed a Fireside Old Fashioned and a glass of Paseco wine, which paired wonderfully with the dishes. The ambiance, service, and food were all top-notch. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The drinks were delicious as well as the food. My only complaint would be that when we ordered another drink, after we had finished our dinner, at 9:06, the waitress said the bar had already stopped serving.
