Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. After a long and heartwarming road at our current location, we thought for the need of moving. Our new home, located at Alvaro Obregon 65 bis - a much wider space where gleams of natural light shine upon the surface-, is carefully assembled by Gabriela's meticulous look, and a kitchen built within Eduardo García's early memories, while living as an inmigrant in a barn in Ohio. I would give this restaurant a Michelin star, the food was amazing, great service, I told them that the dessert was super delicious and the gave me the second portion free of charge. And the view is just fantastic!

Everything from the beginning was a great overall experience. The food was delicious, every single order, and the service was top notch. The restaurant decor was so posh yet comfortable. The view was also amazing. The only drawback was that they took forever to get me my check. Despite this, I’m still going to come back. That’s how good the food is!!

Great experience overall. Would definitely return. Our last course took a while to come out but the kitchen threw in an extra dish for free. Totally understandable because it was busy. Servers were very kind and fast.
