I'm a celiac (a real one) and they were very accommodating and understanding with taking care as to not make me sick (and success! No ill effects from eating!) The food was INCREDIBLE! We started with the golden beets and wild trout gravlax - absolutely delectable. Then for the main, I had the yam steak and chickpea sage fritter, there was so much flavour.
