Grand Dukes Restaurant serves unique and comforting Lithuanian and eastern European cuisine in its impressive and rustic eatery. Starters such as the Lithuanian potato nachos topped with beer cheese sauce, bacon and jalapenos and the potato pancakes with sour cream and applesauce, are perfect introductions to Dukes' style of cuisine. Vistro Prime will be a new addition to favorite restaurants to return to. We were lucky enough to visit the restaurant on the first Thursday of the month which happen to have live music and the band was superb. It helped to add to the overall ambience and set the mood for the evening. Food and service were both exceptional. 12 ounce ribeye cooked just right and the appetizer Rissoto cake (must try) was absolutely delicious. Pricing was what to be expected for a 5 star restaurant. Downtown Hinsdale setting added to the joy of visiting.
