Varanese settled in Louisville because of its successful independent dining scene, and he believes that the people of Louisville will appreciate fresh ingredients, prepared with a creative flair and a culturally diverse menu. Varanese’s eclectic menu boasts an array of options from stuffed grape leaves, and fried green tomato salad, to new signature entrées: the seared boneless pork chop, and caramelized orange salmon. This New American style restaurant will comfortably seat 150 guests between its bar, dining room and four seasons patio. The four seasons patio of Varanese is an addition to the building, which has a dramatic 20-foot slate water wall. We are here visiting the area and Varanese was recommended to us! It was DELICIOUS ! We had the best service too! They were very busy however though it seemed that everyone was working and helping one another out! We will definitely be back!

Rebecca’s service was outstanding and the host at the door was very accommodating as well. The atmosphere was laid back yet sophisticated. The food was delicious. We had the crab cakes, porterhouse steak and blackened salmon. It was all outstanding!

Seviche never disappoints. The crab and avocado ceviche is a go to favorite. The service was top notch tonight. Will always be our first restaurant recommendation.

Nice atmosphere and great food. This was my first visit to Porcini but I'm definitely up for another. We had the goat cheese appetizer and shared a bottle of Dragon white wine. Entrees were all enjoyed - salmon, chicken, and red snapper. Then there was the tiramisu! Highly recommend it all.
