Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We are so welcomed from the moment we drive up Kevin and Jayden are amazing Phil is always so warm and friendly Bella is absolutely great, kind and attentive Food is absolutely fantastic Thank you for a lovely dining experience Only suggestion… Spend some money upgrading your bathrooms. Women’s restroom is falling apart and absolutely freezing. It should be as lovely as the restaurant

    My family and I had an amazing experience at The Capital Grille - Rosemont/O’Hare. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Our waiter, Mr. Alex, was not only incredibly attentive and kind but also multi-talented. He sang a beautiful happy birthday song for my sister and even engaged us in a delightful conversation about world languages like Spanish, Japanese, and Tagalog. The ambiance was enhanced by the stunning portraits of Chicago’s influential figures, which made the evening feel even more special. Chef Carlos did an outstanding job with our meals. The 14oz NY strip steak was cooked to absolute perfection, and the calamari appetizer was divine. My entire family was thoroughly impressed, and we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Thank you for such a memorable dining experience!
