Located within the historic grounds of the Guinness Storehouse, 1837 Bar & Brasserie celebrates the best of Ireland. Named after the year Guinness and oysters were named as the perfect match.With great views of Dublin city and a menu of classics - smoked salmon, oysters and a rather famous Guinness burger - along with likes of flatbreads, sharing plates and a Guinness chocolate mousse that playfully resembles a glass of the black stuff. On this occasion we had brunch, two adults and two kids 14 and 9 y.o. Our table was ready on arrival. All food arrived at exactly the same time, and was cooked perfectly. The staff couldn't have been better. It was all very efficient but not rushed. This restaurant is very comfortable and the tables are a generous size. The kids hadn't been before, but want to go back for dinner.

The food is phenomenal, service is faultless, and the ambiance is great. Steak in particular was delicious, and chips were cooked to perfection. The desserts were so beautiful we felt bad eating them! Will definitely be back and also recommending to others.

Socafro Kitchen food was wonderful last night, especially their deserts. Best wishes to them and hope they find a premises to succeed as they deserve to. Another great night at Roe & Co Summer nights, highly recommend for 2025.
