Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher.     Decided to go here for an anniversary dinner with the wife, first time. Been in the area for shopping and never knew the place existed. But overall 9/10 on everything we had the chance to experience. Ambience great, food quality great, service was impeccable. Definitely on the list to return, wish I could enjoy this place weekly.

    We had the most amazing experience. We came for our anniversary and from the moment we sat down to when we left, it was nothing short of incredible: our server is Reece was so kind and personable she treated us sooo well and had the most amazing personality. We will definitely ask for her as we continue to come back. We had the filet bone in and filet and they were cooked to perfection. Everyone there was so professional and kind!

     it was absolutely amazing. Our server/cook, Scott was very courteous and took his time and explained everything on the menu and while he was cooking tableside. This was our first experience at a Korean steakhouse and Scott explained everything step-by-step as he went. Even suggesting different combinations of sauces and vegetables to pair with the proteins. One other thing that I found quite refreshing, is that no less than five different people stop by our table to see if we needed anything. Our water was constantly kept full. Our sauces were constantly rotated. This was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it
