For the four of us, it was the first time any of us had ever been to this lovely restaurant. The atmosphere around Christmas time was amazing! We enjoyed a properly paced, delicious meal capped off by phenomenal desserts. Our wait staff was wonderfully cordial and engaging

Ruth’s Chris is consistently excellent. We had crab cake appetizer, filets, au gratin potatoes, creamed spinach, chocolate duo dessert and excellent wine. We have been many times in Connecticut and never had a bad experience.

We were there on Christmas Eve to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday (on her actual bday) and the wait staff did such an amazing job. Our glasses were never empty, we never had to ask for refills. Our meals were delivered fairly quickly and the table was setup with a card and birthday confetti. Such attention to detail. The restaurant was busy, but you would have never known until around 6pm. Side note: When I was making the reservation, I was told there would be over 500 people in and out on Christmas Eve. Naturally, I was thinking the restaurant might lose its charm with all of that noise; but it never did. It was again, one of the best local dining experiences for our family! We go to lunch here every Christmas Eve. It’s an annual tradition since the food, service, and ambiance never disappoints. We love Market Grille.

The staff was exceptional - attentive, handled special requests perfectly, did not make us feel rushed even on a busy night. The food was delicious, nice variety of choices. Had speciality drinks that were unique and very good.
